Placemat Weaving
This class will cover considerations when weaving table linens, hemstitching, 2 shuttle weaving, double warping, and handling multiple pieces on one warp. As a bonus, students will receive a pattern to complete coordinating napkins in log cabin weave.
Requirements:
Please bring your loom with 15" weaving width, 2 shuttles and all accessories for warping 8 dent reed - tapestry needle - measuring tape - scissors.
530 yards of one color Dk weight yarn
455 yards of a contrasting color Dk weight yarn
Yarn should be cotton or linen (if you need to buy yarn, we will sell you some at a 25% discount)
